Where and when

During the "UNIGHT – Notte Europea delle Ricercatrici e dei Ricercatori 2023" two young researchers of the MIDA group, Fabiana and Katsiaryna, will travel through different applications of Mathematics. There will be a stand dedicated to Solar Flares and Artificial Intelligence, where they will show how AI techniques can predict the nature of upcoming flares by exploiting the signals collected by satellites, thus helping to prevent serious damage to ecosystems and technological systems.
