Challenges in coded medical ultrasound imaging

abstract: Coded ultrasound imaging is a technique that relies on the transmission of specific pulses usually longer than those used for conventional imaging. They have the advantage to increase the signal to noise ratio, and in some cases, they enable to accelerate the acquisition. The presentation will summarize  the state of the art in this topic, present two applications and the challenges they raise.
